LOCK UP YOUR CHEESE SAUCE – BRAPA IS BACK

I sometime think this blog operates merely as a fan club/agent for BRAPA;

Boy, did you read BRAPA tonight ? He’s on fire

Is BRAPA OK ? It’s been SO long

Should I contact the RSPCV ?, Colin looks maltreated

Anyway, he’s back, treating us to a detailed analysis of the tickers’ art last night (here), and with a particular fixation on Selsdon, only explained by South Londoners at the bar, and a beer from Titsey called Cardinal Sin. Duncan loved it.

It’s your civic duty to give him a lift to a hard-to-find rural pub at 11am on Thursday, and not complain about the “mess”.

At Easter, it’s only right we reflect on how much Simon (particularly Simon’s bladder) has suffered to bring us shots like this,

that reminds us why people go to pubs. And it’s NOT the beer, however good the Captain Cook in Staithes beer is.

Simon seems a bit reticent about visiting pub “wine gardens” from next Monday, as being outside doesn’t give you the full BRAPA experience.

Go for it, Si, it’s gonna be lit, as the kids say. You might even get a pub garden as good as the Wharf in Welford.

After all, the posh and p****d drinkers are all going to be outside now.

  1. “BRAPA IS BACK”

He is? Thanks! I’ll pop over there after this. 🙂

“I sometime think this blog operates merely as a fan club/agent for BRAPA”

Nonsense. You’ve been blogging for over three months after his blog went into hibernation. 😉

“and a beer from Titsey called Cardinal Sin”

I’d say anything called Titsey is a Cardinal Sin.

“and not complain about the “mess”.”

Stealth eating in your car? Blimey.

“At Easter, it’s only right we reflect on how much Simon (particularly Simon’s bladder) has suffered to bring us shots like this,”

The mind boggles as to what exactly they were doing.

“that reminds us why people go to pubs”

    Free entertainment!

“You might even get a pub garden as good as the Wharf in Welford.”

Once again, the mind boggles… or maybe just my eyes. 😉

“After all, the posh and p****d drinkers are all going to be outside now.”

    Right up Si’s alley!

    Cheers

    1. “that reminds us why people go to pubs – Free entertainment! “. Exactly.

I feel compelled to use those photos from the Wharf in Welford at every opportunity as they prove pubs are far better than TV.
