And finally, our seventh Atherstone pub of the day, and an actual Beer Guide entry (GBG 25, anyway).
The Angel looks classy, if a bit plain,
and it has the beers, including a healthy Leatherbritches contingent.
I had a good half of Cherry Bock (3+), but my only memory, after a day of greyhounds and whippets, was a rare feline appearance.
Looks at its cosiest from this angle, to be fair.
And that was that. Back in Atherstone in a week’s time, but will I be tempted by the mysterious “Graffiti” ?

The prices are about the same as where I go for a haircut (including the OAP discount). And yes, they do ‘weird’ stuff as well which I stay the hell away from.
