Yes, as someone alluded, the Ship Inn at Portishead does serve Bass and Otter regularly, according to our friends at CAMRA.
It’s one of the few that I can think of with that view on hand?

That’s The Ship in Portishead. That’s the sign on Hillside Road, not the one on Down Road.
