but what else has Wymondham got ?

Well, an Abbey too dark to see, and the UK’s highest per capita collection of Prom boutiques. Did I tell you the men all wear waistcoats ?

I don’t know if all the stuffed dolls are Wymondham’s contribution to Halloween, but they certainly enlivened a rather staid looking town on Sunday evening. Decent sculptures, too.

A touch of flint at the station houses,

some lovely floral boxes,

and pride of place to that market cross which you know will make a lovely micro one day.

Just odd enough to make you break your journey (check Terms and Conditions first) between Norwich and Waterbeach,

and a friendly face greets you back at the station,

which houses a hand pump that won’t be gracing the GBG anytime soon…
