Right. Let’s finish these Baltic posts and get back to Blighty.

But I can’t leave without urging you to visit Kaunas and drop in to the Kiemo Galerija.

You begin to see why the city was a Capital of Culture last year. OK, it’s not quite Bristol, but it’s tasteful and uncommercialised and gorgeous.
On the bridge to the basketball arena I dropped a few cents next to this chap;

to Mrs RM’s chastisement.
Back on the central boulevard we did the tourist lark,

and dropped a couple more euros in the hat of this fella. I always reward buskers, however bad.
To be honest, he murdered Elton, but did OK with “Let Her Go” and had to compete with a violinist who set up next door.
And then a leisurely tea at Mtevani, the Georgian option.
I can’t remember what this was called;

but you can work it out from the bill.

Mrs RM had recovered sufficiently by now to be back on the Keturi Vajai; I stuck to blackcurrant.

A great trip, and a sunset to rival it on the way home.

Sadly, Wizz Air made me sit with Mrs RM on the way home, despite me paying extra.
Nice when you star in your own action shots. Adds a new level to the blog.

Well it couldn’t be without the Bass mirror boxes.
