More Sheffield street art, and another great little Guide regular.
No idea why I popped in the Dog & Partridge, but now I’ve completed the Guide* I can do daft things like go back in pubs I like rather than Brunning & Prices and tap rooms.
Perhaps it was the stout.
Perhaps I just wanted to sit in my favourite Sheffield pub room.
And the folk soundtrack is pretty good, too.
Sometimes, you don’t need an excuse to nip in a pub.
Or stop for a kebab on the way home.
*Will he EVER shut up about doing the Guide ?

That’s one of my favourite pub rooms too, though I’m a little dubious about the gold wallpaper. Perhaps it was a roll end that they got cheap from somewhere or other.

Could be worse, a local pub got a very dodgy supply of industrial paint of the back of a supply boat. Battleship grey is such a welcoming colour…..
